Bare Land Strata Plans
These types of strata plans are less common in the Lower Mainland than their counterpart the building strata plan. A bare land strata divides land instead of buildings and typically gives strata lot owners more freedoms to the buildings being constructed. They can also include shared areas such as roads, walkways and amenity spaces.
